The State Bank of India (SBI) invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for engagement as an Apprentice. - Language Medium: The written test (excluding the General English section) will be available in 13 regional languages in addition to English and Hindi. Regional options include Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
- Negative Marking: 1/4th (0.25) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Online Written Examination: Objective-type assessment as detailed in the exam pattern above.
- Local Language Test: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the specified local language of the applied state. Candidates producing 10th or 12th standard mark sheets/certificates proving study of the specified language will not be required to undergo this language test.
- Medical Examination: Standard medical fitness evaluation prior to formal engagement.
