  • Candidates must hold a Graduation (Bachelor’s) degree from a recognized university or institution in India.
  • It is mandatory to upload the graduation mark sheet. If the final degree certificate is unavailable, a provisional degree or year-wise mark sheets must be submitted.
  • Candidates must present the original graduation degree certificate and mark sheets during the DV & PST process.
  • Preferential Qualifications (Not Mandatory): O-Level Computer Certificate from NIELIT, 2 years of service in the Territorial Army, or NCC "B" Certificate.
