To secure admission after the priority or waiting list allotment, candidates must visit the allotted college for document verification with the following originals and copies:
- Printout of the Online Common Application Form (CAF)
- Class 10th Marksheet and Passing Certificate (for Age Proof)
- Class 12th (Intermediate) Marksheet
- Transfer Certificate (TC) and Character Certificate (CC) from the school last attended
- Domicile / Bonafide Resident Certificate of Rajasthan (if applicable)
- Caste Certificate (OBC / SC / ST / EWS / MBC etc., if reservation benefit is claimed)
- Income Certificate (if seeking relaxation or fee concession)
- e-Mitra Fee Deposit Receipt
- Passbook Copy and Passport size photographs
Candidates can view and download their allotment and merit list results through the official guidelines below:
- Go to the official online admission portal of DCE Rajasthan: dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Click on the "Search Allotment / Merit Status 2026-27" link displayed on the landing page.
- Enter your unique Application Number, Date of Birth, and select your respective college and course from the drop-down lists.
- Input the verification Captcha code and click the "Submit" or "Search" button.
- Your merit status, priority number, or waiting list position will be shown.
- If selected, generate the online Allotment Slip and visit the assigned college for document verification (DV). Once verified, pay the admission fee at any e-Mitra kiosk before the last date.
