Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh (ERAUP) invites online applications for admission into the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.) two-year professional training course for the academic session 2026-27. This training is offered in District Education and Training Institutes (DIETs), CTE Varanasi, and non-government aided/private D.EL.Ed. colleges recognized by the NCTE. - Relaxation: 5% marks relaxation (i.e. minimum 45% marks) for SC, ST, OBC, PWD, Freedom Fighters Dependents, and Ex-Servicemen.
- Age Limit (As on Date of Notification): Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 35 Years. (Age relaxation is applicable as per state policy).
- Selection Mode: Admission is based entirely on academic merit. No entrance examination will be conducted.
- Merit Calculation: Calculated on the aggregate percentage secured in 10th Standard + 12th Standard + Graduation Degree.
- Counselling: State merit ranks will be issued. Candidates will participate in online choice-filling for DIET and private institutes.
